How to Create Your Custom DTF Gang Sheet
Follow these steps to build and submit your custom transfer:

- Click the green button on the Custom DTF listing to open the Gang Sheet Builder
- Select your sheet size
- Upload your images and click each one to place it on the artboard
- Resize and arrange your designs (max adult size is 11.5” wide)
- Make sure designs do NOT overlap
- Click Submit when finished
- You’ll return to the product page — select the matching sheet size and add to cart

File Requirements
To ensure the best print quality:
✔ PNG format
✔ 300 DPI resolution
✔ Transparent background
Do NOT upload screenshots — they will print blurry
Low-quality images will affect final results
We print exactly what you upload — we do not edit or fix files

Make sure:
✔ Your design is sized correctly
✔ No designs are overlapping
✔ Background is removed (transparent)
✔ Image quality is clear (not blurry or pixelated)

⚠️ Common Issues + Fixes
Transfer not sticking?
This is almost always a pressure issue. Increase pressure and make sure your press is applying even heat.
Peeling after pressing?
Likely needs a repress. Cover with parchment and press again for 5–10 seconds.
Looks dull or faded?
Could be low-quality artwork or incorrect temperature.
