DTF Heat Transfer, this can be applied to any combination of polyester/cotton, including 100% cotton.

This DTF brings a little modern western grit with a twist. The bold “Howdy” lettering is cut out of a soft camo pattern, giving it that rugged, earthy feel without leaning too heavy into traditional cowboy imagery. The boxed outline frames it in just enough structure to make the whole thing feel crisp and intentional. It’s simple but strong — that kind of understated, confident greeting that fits right into small-town charm, outdoor days, and anyone who appreciates a grounded, neutral-toned aesthetic.

DTF FORMULA PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 275-300 degrees; 
  • HEAVY PRESSURE 8-9 PSI. 
  • Pre press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture;
  • Press for 8-15 seconds; LET COOL THEN PEEL
  • Press again for 8 seconds, with a parchment paper covering the design for protection (you don' have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress)
  • ADULT: 11.5" wide or up to 12.75" tall for narrow designs
  • YOUTH: 10" wide or up to 10.5" tall for narrow designs
  • TODDLER: 8" wide or tall depending on design
  • INFANT: 6" wide or tall depending on design
  • LARGE POCKET: 5" wide or tall depending on design
  • CAN HUGGER: 3" wide or tall depending on design
  • HAT: 3" tall, 5" wide depending on design
