Because most of our items are made to order, our policies are a little different than traditional retail.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A 50% restocking fee applies to eligible returns

⚠️ Important: Made-To-Order, Clearance & Sale Items
Most of our products — including DTF transfers, custom gang sheets, leather patches, printed items, clearance items, and discounted sale products — are non-returnable.
Because many items are made specifically for you when ordered and/or heavily discounted, these items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This includes:
- Custom DTF transfers
- Gang sheets
- Any uploaded designs
- Pressed or printed items
- Clearance items
- Warehouse sale items
- Discounted or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
Please email us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
We’ll review and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
Shipping Notes
- Shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS/UPS) are outside of our control
- Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times
- Tracking may take time to update after pickup
