Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering with us — and we’re here to help if something isn’t right!
Because most of our items are made to order, our policies are a little different than traditional retail.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 50% restocking fee applies to eligible returns

⚠️ Important: Made-To-Order, Clearance & Sale Items

Most of our products — including DTF transfers, custom gang sheets, leather patches, printed items, clearance items, and discounted sale products — are non-returnable.
Because many items are made specifically for you when ordered and/or heavily discounted, these items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This includes:

  • Custom DTF transfers
  • Gang sheets
  • Any uploaded designs
  • Pressed or printed items
  • Clearance items
  • Warehouse sale items
  • Discounted or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
Please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll review and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.


Shipping Notes

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS/UPS) are outside of our control
  • Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery times
  • Tracking may take time to update after pickup
