Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@trendytransfers.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Print to order products (DTF, Stickers, Sublimation)
- Custom or personalized products
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@trendytransfers.com with details and a photo of the product. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available as outlined above.
