DTF Heat Transfer, this can be applied to any combination of polyester/cotton, including 100% cotton.

This DTF is structured to resemble a vintage postage stamp, complete with a perforated border frame that encloses the entire composition. At the center, a detailed eagle illustration spreads its wings, rendered with fine linework and layered shading to emphasize dimension and strength. Firework bursts radiate behind the eagle, filling the background with texture and movement.

Bold numeric typography highlights “250” in large, centered block numbers, layered over banner elements that include additional text. The red, white, and blue color scheme is balanced through strong contrast and careful shading, preventing any one element from overpowering the others. The combination of framed layout, detailed illustration, and structured typography results in a cohesive design that feels both bold and highly graphic.

DTF FORMULA PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 275-300 degrees; 
  • HEAVY PRESSURE 8-9 PSI. 
  • Pre press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture;
  • Press for 8-15 seconds; LET COOL THEN PEEL
  • Press again for 8 seconds, with a parchment paper covering the design for protection (you don' have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress)
  • ADULT: 11.5" wide or up to 12.75" tall for narrow designs
  • YOUTH: 10" wide or up to 10.5" tall for narrow designs
  • TODDLER: 8" wide or tall depending on design
  • INFANT: 6" wide or tall depending on design
  • LARGE POCKET: 5" wide or tall depending on design
  • CAN HUGGER: 3" wide or tall depending on design
  • HAT: 3" tall, 5" wide depending on design
