DTF Pressing Instructions

Pre-press: Press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Position: Place the DTF transfer in the desired location.
Press: Heat press at 300°F for 10–15 seconds using medium to firm pressure.
Peel: Allow the transfer to cool, then carefully remove the carrier film.
Final Press: Cover with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds.

Important: Heat presses and garment materials can vary. We recommend testing your settings before pressing your final item. A commercial heat press is recommended for the most consistent results.

DTF FORMULA PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

275-300 degrees;
HEAVY PRESSURE 8-9 PSI.
Pre press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture;
Press for 8-15 seconds; LET COOL THEN PEEL
Press again for 8 seconds, with a parchment paper covering the design for protection (you don' have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress)

ADULT: 11.5" wide or up to 12.75" tall for narrow designs
YOUTH: 10" wide or up to 10.5" tall for narrow designs
TODDLER: 8" wide or tall depending on design
INFANT: 6" wide or tall depending on design
LARGE POCKET: 5" wide or tall depending on design
CAN HUGGER: 3" wide or tall depending on design
HAT: 3" tall, 5" wide depending on design
