DTF Pressing Instructions

Pre-press: Press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Position: Place the DTF transfer design-side up in the desired location.
Press: Heat press at 300°F for 10–15 seconds using medium to firm pressure.
Peel: Allow the transfer to cool, then peel the film away carefully.
Final Press: Cover the design with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds.

Important: Heat presses and garment materials can vary. We recommend testing your settings before pressing your final item. A commercial heat press is recommended for the most consistent results.

Care Instructions

Wait 24 hours before washing.
Wash garment inside out in cold water.
Use mild detergent.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly over the transferred design.

DTF FORMULA PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

275-300 degrees;
HEAVY PRESSURE 8-9 PSI.
Pre press for 7 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture;
Press for 8-15 seconds; LET COOL THEN PEEL
Press again for 8 seconds, with a parchment paper covering the design for protection (you don' have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress)

ADULT: 11.5" wide or up to 12.75" tall for narrow designs
YOUTH: 10" wide or up to 10.5" tall for narrow designs
TODDLER: 8" wide or tall depending on design
INFANT: 6" wide or tall depending on design
LARGE POCKET: 5" wide or tall depending on design
CAN HUGGER: 3" wide or tall depending on design
HAT: 3" tall, 5" wide depending on design
