DTF Heat Transfer, this can be applied to any combination of polyester/cotton, including 100% cotton.

This heartfelt DTF transfer features a grid of illustrated hearts, each with its own pattern, texture, and shade of pink and red, surrounding a centrl anatomical heart. The mix of playful and realistic elements reflects both the sweetness and seriousness behind congenital heart disease awareness. Small accent hearts and soft sparkles add warmth without overpowering the message. “Little Hearts Matter” grounds the design with purpose, making it both visually engaging and emotionally meaningful. It’s bold enough to spark conversation while still feeling gentle, hopeful, and supportive—perfect for awareness events or everyday advocacy.
